I have\u00a0a few options, and while i would prefer that the speakers be as hidden as possible&#8211;the aesthetic of the project should be determined by the audio, the physical shape of the audio vessel is of minimal importance.<\/p>\n<p>-Audio aspect 1<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; I&#8217;ve developed a few tracks that specialize in Atmospheric narrative. These are essentially test-runs, running these would achieve a\u00a0basic version of what eventually i hope to do with this project.<\/p>\n<p>here&#8217;s what the WIP looks like in ableton<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/astoryisnotatree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Screen-Shot-2014-12-01-at-3.19.18-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1048\" src=\"http:\/\/astoryisnotatree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Screen-Shot-2014-12-01-at-3.19.18-PM-300x194.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2014-12-01 at 3.19.18 PM\" width=\"508\" height=\"328\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I put a focus on modulation and decay for these tracks<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/astoryisnotatree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Screen-Shot-2014-12-01-at-3.19.39-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-1049\" src=\"http:\/\/astoryisnotatree.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/Screen-Shot-2014-12-01-at-3.19.39-PM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2014-12-01 at 3.19.39 PM\" width=\"504\" height=\"603\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>^This affect is called Tape Hiss, and it digitally imbues\u00a0the sound with the quality of decaying tape. I use it on\u00a0my synths to increase the atmospheric narrative, it rises and falls with each note played on the synth. Modulation of this and other effects is essential to the project.<\/p>\n<p>-Audio Aspect 2<\/p>\n<p>-Once i have my tracks finished, I&#8217;ll break them up into stems, which will then be edited to interact with one another separately and evolve independently, in different areas of space.
