For my conference project, I wanted to add a personal touch to my work. Hence, I used my instinct and my studio background in painting and coded two portraits in static mode, coding each triangle in a different colour.
My conference project comprises two portraits— a self-portrait and a portrait of my best friend. As opposed to my bubbly, energetic self, he is rather mild and mellow. Having such contrasting personalities, I decided to name the pieces “Calm in the Chaos” and “Chaos in the Calm” respectively.
Despite our disparate views about different facets of life, we seem to balance each other out, him being the calm in my chaos and I, the chaos in his calm.
